Once your vendor marks your order as shipped, you will receive a tracking number via your dashboard. Use it on the courier website (DHL, GIG Logistics, etc.) to track your package in real time.

We offer a 7-Day Easy Exchange policy. If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. Note: we do not offer cash refunds — only exchanges or store credit.

Visit /vendor/register to apply. Complete your profile, submit your KYC documents, and wait for admin approval. Once approved, you can start listing products immediately.

Orders can only be cancelled before the vendor marks them as "shipped". To cancel, go to your customer dashboard and find the order. If already shipped, please wait for delivery and initiate an exchange if needed.

If you suspect a product is not authentic, contact us immediately via the form below. Provide your order details and evidence (photos). We investigate all reports and take appropriate action against fraudulent vendors.
